Saved Decisions

Track and manage decisions extracted from your conversations. The Decisions view provides a centralized log of every decision captured across all your extractions, with lifecycle tracking.

Decision Log

Access the Decisions page from the sidebar. Each decision shows who made it, when it was captured, the source conversation, and its current lifecycle state.

• View all decisions across extractions in one place
• Filter by lifecycle state (active, superseded, revoked)
• Search decisions by keyword or participant
• Click through to the source extraction for full context

Lifecycle States

Decisions aren't static — they can be updated, superseded, or revoked as projects evolve. Extraktr tracks the lifecycle of each decision.

• Active — the decision is current and in effect
• Superseded — a newer decision replaced this one
• Revoked — the decision was explicitly reversed

Decision Detail

Click any decision to see its full detail view, including the exact conversation excerpt, participants involved, related tasks, and any linked follow-up actions. You can update the lifecycle state from this view.
