Billing & Plans

Extraktr offers multiple plan tiers to match your usage. Each tier unlocks additional features, higher extraction limits, and advanced integrations.

Plan Tiers

Extraktr has five plan tiers, each with progressively more capability:

• Free — Limited monthly extractions. Access to paste-based extraction, basic output, and shared report links.
• Starter — Higher extraction limits, integration access (Slack, Gmail), and CLI/API token support.
• Growth — Expanded limits, additional integrations (Teams, Discord), workspace creation, and routing rules.
• Team — Full workspace features including shared history, audit trail, all outbound destinations, and Conversation Intelligence.
• Pro — Highest limits, priority processing, and all platform features unlocked.

Managing Your Subscription

Manage your plan from Settings → Plan & Billing. From there you can:

• View your current plan and usage
• Upgrade to a higher tier via Stripe checkout
• Open the Stripe billing portal to update payment methods
• View invoice history and download receipts
• Cancel or downgrade your subscription

Usage Limits

Each plan has a monthly extraction limit. Your current usage is displayed in Settings. When you approach or reach your limit, the extraction page shows a usage indicator. Upgrading your plan resets and increases the cap.

Feature Gating

Certain features are gated by plan tier. If you attempt to use a feature not available on your current plan, Extraktr displays a prompt to upgrade. Gated features include:

• Integration thread extraction (Slack, Gmail, Teams, Discord, Outlook)
• CLI/API token generation
• Outbound routing to work tools (ClickUp, GitHub, Linear, Notion)
• Workspace creation and shared history
• Conversation Intelligence and Instant Brief
