Discord Integration

Extract from Discord channels and threads using the Extraktr bot or the API. Capture action items and decisions from fast-moving Discord discussions.

How It Works

The Discord integration uses a bot token configured on the server side. You authenticate with your Extraktr account, then specify a channel or thread to extract from. The bot reads the messages and runs the extraction pipeline.

Extracting from Discord

• Ensure the Extraktr bot is in your Discord server
• From the extraction page, select “Discord” as your source
• Provide the channel ID or thread URL
• Click Extract to process the conversation

Slash Commands

The Extraktr bot also supports Discord slash commands. Type /extraktr in any channel where the bot is present to trigger an extraction of the current thread or a specified message range. Results are delivered as an ephemeral reply visible only to you.

Message Limits

Discord extractions are capped at a configurable message limit to ensure fast processing. For very long channels, consider extracting specific threads rather than entire channels.
